Anonymous Grant Helps Museum Expand Tech

The Red River Valley Museum has recently received a large grant from an anonymous donor! This grant is intended to be used to upgrade our current office tech as well as give us new tools to make the museum function smoother than ever before.

PC Net has been with us every step of the way, from assessing our needs several months ago to installing a server and new devices for us! We now have:

  • New office computers and printers

  • A Square card reader to make keeping track of gift shop inventory a breeze

  • A private server that secures our documents remotely

  • Security cameras throughout our exhibits and on the exterior of the Museum

  • A computer, large scale printer, and design tablet to allow us to create awesome digital content for social media, exhibits, and ads

  • A tablet to add to the Waggoner Room’s interactivity

  • And more!!

We can’t express just how thankful we are for this donor and PC Net’s help. The new technology they have given us will help us complete day to day activities with ease AND will allow us to push forward and create new projects we could only imagine being capable of before now.

Keep an eye out for what’s in store! We’re hard at work bringing you new and exciting features to experience during your next visit to the Museum!
